Irulan really go me thinking, with all her volunteering. In what ways do you give back to cycling? I do not do enough. Sure I give money here and there to organizations my favorite is Methow Valley Sport Trails. They really do a great job. I do some trail work, but it is selfish work, reinforcing stunts that need some work that type of stuff. I always pick up garbage on my long runs, luckly there is not much. There are always trail maintenance days.

Got myself some serious panda eyes sun tan after marshalling race on Sunday afternoon! Had to wave a big red flag to slow down the traffic as the riders approached.
