Giant 2005 OCR 2 Comp , need advice

I want to bid on 2005 model new, the seller has both S and M sizes but i dont know which one would be better for me. I am 5'4 with 31 inseam. Short arms, and pretty short torso. Which one should i bid on? The auction is ending in 7 hours and i dont want to miss the deal

I'd suggest small. I'm 5'4" also and would ride a small. I even have a longer torso for my height.
