    Thumbs up on Ibex Knickers!

Wore my knickers on a chilly 15 mile ride today. They were very comfortable, not too hot and not too cold. They handled sweat very well, but I did get a little clammy once I was off the bike and standing around talking to the other riders. It started to rain, too.

I think a large would've fit me better, but the medium is ok (at 40% off and the last pair in the store, I don't want to complain too much)

The chamois is kinda odd. It doesn't quite hit me right (which is why a large might've been better.) It is super padded with a microfiber top layer. It was better on the bike than i expected, very comfortable. The only irritation I had from the knickers was the stitching attatching the chamois on the left hind side. It puckered or wrinkled or something as I pedalled.

This was the longest ride I've taken on my new bike. Good test for the knickers.

I tried these knickers on again today, for the fifth time in the last year. Sigh. Still not ready to buy them. The medium is just too small. The large is just ever-so-roomy to the point that the chamois pad is slightly diaperish. I just can't spend $120 on a size I hope to outgrow.

But if I found them on clearance you'd better believe I'd pounce.
