    Talking Happy Women's day!

    I don't know about the rest of the world but at least here in Finland we celebrate today 8th of March the Women's day!

    Hey LauraPaura,

    It's International Womens Day in Australia too! I celebrated by going to a work function and hearing an inspirational nun tell us about her work with Sudanese women refugees.

    There's much to celebrate. We're strong, we can do anything, WE CAN RULE THE WORLD!!! And best of all we're healthy enough to cycle.

    Onwards and forwards!

    Right on! I like a holiday for women and not just mother's! We should change it ere in the states to Women's day. I don't have any kids (can't) So when mother's day rolls around my best friend always gives me a card for all the times I have taken care of her girls.

    I'm with ya Brandi: My mom always sends me a Mother's Day card since - as she says - I'm the "mommy" to all my animals. I Love the idea of a Womens Day!!
