I often do a little two-stepping when fun music comes on my ipod, but you couldn't pay me to consider turning around or anything. Hell, I once wiped out, ripped open two fingers (on the side track), skinned my knees/shins and almost gave myself a concussion on the squat rack immediately behind our treadmill just from one missed step. It took weeks to recover both my skin and my nerve - I'd never tempt fate like that on purpose!
