I would like to do Yoga, but theres nothing in the way of classes near me. Can anyone recommend some DVDs that are good for beginners or any good online sites? Thank you

Peggy Cappy's DVD's would be good for beginners. She does not speed through the sessions and takes time to explain and show modified poses for people who can't quite do the regular one.
