It is. I was only planning on 40, but that would have left me 2 miles short of my car. When I hit 40, though, I did let go of a "Yahoo!"
Now, today, I am sore, sore, sore. Legs, hips, and surprisingly my arms. Didn't feel like this at 37, so I guess as I hit these higher distances I need to be ready to get into recovery mode.
