Why is it that if I can't go riding for some reason, I can't seem to motivate myself to do some other form of exercise? But when I am out on my bike I take on the biggest hills and I will take long routes and I feel like I could just go on and on cycling. Like I don't want to stop! And I love to challenge myself. It is obvious that I am not afraid of working. And if I push myself to start a kettlebell workout or a free weight workout I give it my all and I am usually sore the next day. It is just that initial umpf to start that I find so hard. And I really want to stay in shape because I worked really hard to get where I am and it is too easy to backslide and end up gaining back some weight and losing my strength. But I am finding it hard to get started and winter is coming and I am afraid I am going to become even less motivated! I went through the same problem last year and I really, really struggled. I feel as though I need a babysitter or a mom to call me and insist that I get started! LOL. I cannot believe what a mind game it is to me! Does anyone have any suggestions? What do your coaches/trainers tell you that make you workout on the days that they are not right beside you?

) I can't afford a trainer or a gym membership or even drop-in classes right now. So this morning I am determined to do a work out with weights right in the living room! I have to wait for the new washer to be delivered today so I made a list of things to do. I know from past experience if I write out a to do list I usually try to get the things down. DD's room is supposed to be set up as a workout area so I have to make do!
