I thought we already had an April thread...
So, I did the first day of week 4 C2 5K on the treadmill. I've never been able to run more than a minute at a 10 minute mile pace on the tm. Today I was able to do 2 five minute runs and 2 three minute runs. The rest was walking at a 4.0 pace.
It was hard but I did it. I have a problem running inside, with heat build up. I probably should have put the ac on or opened the window. I felt kinda shaky all AM, and I have experienced this running outside in temps above 70.
