    meet my new neighbor

Poor boy was kicked out by his mom this winter I think. He is pretty small and not full grown. He decided to stay for one day and he has since moved on. Not a very good neighborhood for young boy like him. My next door neighbor has a young adult Australian border collie, super hyper, and pretty big for his breed. And we have two dogs of which one is a lab mix and we think with a mix of Great Pyrenees so he is pretty big.

He is very cute but totally unwelcome. We also have chicken so it would be too tempting for him.

And yes he was sleeping about 50 feet up in the tree.

    Aww, I want 'im!

I'd so much rather have raccoons than skunks.

When my parents lived in Friday Harbor they had a neighbor like that. My dad built him a wooden box with a latch and and my step-mum would leave him treats in it.
