    First winter MTB ride

Woohoo! Today's first mtb ride of the winter season!
I put the studs on a couple of days ago, and have been riding around in my yard, but today I went down the street to a city park that has a number of trails. It was not along ride, I'm so out of shape, but it was lots of fun. Sometimes getting out for that first ride is the hardest, so I really glad I went.

I was hoping to claim first tracks, but a bunny beat me to it.
(sorry about the bad photo - I still don't know my way around my new phone <-- modern life!)

How fun! On weekends like we have had (37 degree rain) I miss the snow (grew up NE) Though when it was 60 in December I had some awesome rides! Good for you getting out in the snow (:

Sounds like you had fun! I am looking forward to, some day, being good enough to try the same thing on a frozen trail

Didn't exactly go mountain biking yesterday, but hit the local trail with my Fargo. Had a blast going through the snow and mud. Glad you had a great time. Yeah, wildlife had been there first on the trail, but I left the first bike tire marks. LOL.
