It's the playoffs, the streets are ours. Is anyone taking advantage?

The 9'ers play next Saturday. it's the first time they've been in the playoffs in quite a while. Yes, I'm a fan but I"ll set the DVR and ride during the game just because I'm sure the streets will be my own.

another good time to ride around here is New Years Day before noon. Totally deserted, even the freeway. plus it was a beautiful day. Didn't have time for a long ride but did et in a toodle through the local (empty) streets.

I'm so sorry. We'll do this next year for you. Detroit's pulled within 3 of the Saints bet if any TE'ers are there the streets are yours for the jogging.

No riding for me here in Denver, it's 17 outside with snowy and icey streets. If I weren't sidelined with an cranky SI joint I'd be skiing today.

I'm not a runner but I did take a walk in the snow yesterday and will ride my trainer today.

Sorry to hear that your SI is cranky because if not you could ski like this on the Denver streets today

    Go 9'ers.

It's half-time, the game is close. I can't take the stress and went for a ride. The plan was to head for a nearby coffee shop where I could watch the end. But as I came towards the bike bridge I saw 3 riders from ALC (AIDS Lifecycle) and stopped to say hi.

We chatted and I decided to turn back. After all the mutt and I had a long morning walk, I'd walked and jogged at the track between errands so I'm good for the day.

As I crossed this 6 lane street on the way home it was eerily empty. I could hear the blimp across the bay.

Great video, sure wouldn't want to tune the bottoms of those skis.

The video was filmed in Trail, B.C. and I was there a few years ago. We skied Red Mountain and remember driving through Trail.
