I'm a Serotta fan and just ran across this 50cm frame for sale on the Serotta Forum. I love the ride of steel and even though this is a few years old, looks to be a very nice ride. However, it is an old style quill stem which is not a bad thing just takes a little more effort when changing stem lengths if you have to. With two sets of wheels this looks like a nice deal....if you like pink.Betcha he'd take less.
No affiliation-just a heads up on a smaller frame. TT is still a bit too long for me.
