Not having a baby, but shopping for a bathtub!
I guess we all name everything now. The tubs seem to be mostly girl names, with a few boys (Marlon, Liam, Alistair) and a few that don't send a clear gender message ( Treece, Serafini, Coley).

We're going to be redoing one bathroom over the winter. I draw the line at naming the commode.
... but I am the one who years ago had a seam-ripper named Jack and a kitchen grater named Alexander.

This thread is reminding me of the worst torture ever...
My last dwelling was a loft and the bathtub was about twice the size of the hot water heater: a perfect soaking tub for one, but could only get it about half full of hot water before the hot water ran out. I think that was a problem for the previous owners here too. We have two big old water heaters which we are going to replace with an on demand one.
We didn't set out to buy a fixer-upper, but it really is pretty fun to get set up with stuff we like.Each day is a gift, that's why it is called the present.
