Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
Looks like a great challenge! Unfortunately I only own 2 spinervals DVD's and have no interest in buying any more. I wonder if you can do it just by time and intensity? Would be a good challenge for sure- and since I can't run at the moment- it might be good motivation to stay as active as possible.
Thanks for sharing this- might be just what I need!

This is interesting...and I would consider it if I had ANY of their DVD's. Thanks for posting this link. It is an attractive idea, and if I could get a couple of them from the library in time this might be worth attempting.
How about our own indoor challenge thread? Maybe something like the weight management thread where you set your own goal. Maybe I could even figure out a spreadsheet for it.I'm thinking something like a goal of minutes per week.

I'll figure out how to do a google doc spreadsheet and start a new invite thread before 12/1. I've seen sheets where each person can fill in their own goal and progress. I'm thinking a goal of number of minutes per week for four weeks. Maybe do a grand total where it adds it up for all of us.

Where's the like button on this thing? I think this is a great idea.
