In addition to no hot flashes, the powder has also cleared up some mild acne on my face. My skin has never looked so good. From what my chiropractor explained, our hormones have a big effect on our liver.
One has to do an on/ off regimen with this type of product (for example, ake it for three months, then not ake it for a month). I will find out specifics shortly.Lisa
