I'm hunting for Juliana for my wife right now and wanted to chime in.
HucknRoll and Colorado Cyclist have the juliana xs for $1500 one in white and one in blue. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this ad is for a "Racer X" in size Small, not XS, and the OP needs an XXS anyway. Don't think there are too many of those around. I used to have an XS Racer X. Great bike!

How tall are you and what is your inseam? I have a 2005 Titus Racer-X, size XS, that fit me OK. I'm 4'11" and top-tube barely cleared my crotch when standing over it in the middle. I actually tried out a newer Racer-X in size XXS that felt too small for me. Effective top-tube length on the XXS was too short even with a 90mm stem and laid-back seatpost.
I'm tearing down my 2005 Titus Racer-X to build something else, so I'm looking to get rid of the frame. The frame was stripped and powder coated orange, which turned out more like peach. It's a poor powder coating job. The head tube badge also fell off, and you can see it was baby-blue originally. I still have the head tube badge that can be glued on.
I also have a 2008 Rockshox SID Team fork with 80mm travel I'll be getting rid of too, as well as 31.6mm diameter Thomson seatposts for the Racer-X frame (I have a laid-back and straight available, both black).
The frame is well used and has been raced. Some scratches and cable rub, but there are no dents in it though and bearings in the suspension linkage are still good (they were replaced 2 years ago). The rear shock is a Fox Float R that had new seals put in it earlier this year.
So if you think you might be interested in a Titus Racer-X size XS frame, then send me a message. I am willing to get rid of this really cheap. Chris King headset not included though, as I'm taking that off for my new build. I'm also willing to get rid of the SID and seatpost(s) for cheap. My location is Seattle, and I've boxes ready to ship this stuff too. Just let me know :-)
