Giant FCR 2

Used Giant FCR 2 is being sold by a women less than 10 mins from me. Here's the specs:

To recap, I used to mtb, got lupus, quit for many years, and picked it up again a mere month ago. I'm cycling local paths right now (we have lots of good ones) and one goal is to join a local recreational group that does the local paths and some road cycling a few times a week. I have never been on a road bike in my life, have been researching hybrids but I think I want something angled a little more towards road use.

Depending on how I like it/what shape it's in, this bike seems like a decent starting point, right?

I was considering the FCR3 when I was buying. I went with the roadie because the people I thought I'd be riding with were on road bikes and I didn't want to spend a lot of extra effort trying to keep up with them.

They're good bikes, generally. Go ahead and test it out!
