Hello, I've been reading, just recently about how a "pro" fit can improve your performance on the bike.
What is a "pro" fit, and how do you know you've got what you paid for?
I had a 'quick' fit on my new bike at the LBS, but I've been left wondering what a 'professional' fit can offer.
Does anyone have any experience of a bike fit in the UK, or any advice in general? I apologise if this has been asked before....
Any help would be greatly appreciated
