That's a ride that might even be my speed! So far my max has been 5 min on the recumbant exercise bike at PT. It's a computer machine, so yesterday I tried to keep my RPM above 60; however I was riding at level 2.
Rode 1.2 miles on "flat" terraine in my designated 5 minutes.

Sounds very fun. I created a ride called "phatt bottom girls" a few summers ago, we never knew who was going to show or where we would head off to and we always had a blast. Now that my achilles seem to be functioning again maybe I will start a "phatt bottom's go for coffee"
