    The Muscle Trac

Out of Tucson, AZ, I use this device in addition to the quadballer (www.tptherapy.com). It is a great to use after using a foam roller to.

Which one seems to penetrate the trigger points and sensitive areas the most? Do you think the muscletrac is more beneficial to loosening up the ITB a bit? The muscletrac looks interesting.

Yes, I use it for my IT bands, and find it most effective rolling on top of my quads and on the sides. It works great on the hamstrings too. You will bruise but this means you are breaking up the adhesions which is good.
