Online Training Logs - What's Your Favorite?

Do you use an online tool for planning and tracking your training? What do you like best?

I waffle between Excel sheets and Map My Ride, and I'm looking for something better. Almost willing to pay for something really good. Almost.

I use Sport Tracks for my rides and runs and and an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of everything - swimming, running, trainer sessions, yoga, riding, and video minutes.

I use RunningAHEAD.com. I've been there for >5 years. I love the way the site has evolved and the Garmin integration. It works great for logging both my running and cycling miles.

velod.com is good too does a sort of spread sheet with a drop down list of activities and areas for weight, power, cadence, heart rate and several others.

Cool, lots of stuff to check out here. Seeing what other people like helps narrow down choices from the Google. Thanks!

Oh, and 'spokin, thanks for the hint on firefox! Just dl'd the latest version on your recommendation.

    UltraCoach 3.0

I used this software for years and loved it. The only reason I don't use it now is I switched to Mac a few yrs ago and UC is not Mac compatible (nor does the company plan to make it so).

It's multisport applicable and pretty easy to use.

    See it here: http://fitcentric.com/html/ultracoach.htm

The company also has several "virtual" training software or maybe its webware... not sure. Anyway check it out. As to UC 3.0, as I recall it was not cost prohibitive.

I use Map My Ride, but my primary data is from CycleStats. Very complete and easy to use.
