    Feeler - 2010 LHT

I don't really want to sell my LHT, but I need money for some unexpected medical bills so am exploring the possibility of selling her.

46 cm 2010 frame, triple 9 speed (11-34 cassette) with trigger shifters and a road crank, 2-inch riser bars with Ergon grips and Titec bar ends. She only has about 2k miles on her and no crashes outside of the occasional clipless tip-over. For sake of full disclosure there have been a couple of scratches on the paint that were covered with matching fingernail polish

She is a sweet bike that will ride all day long, and also has rack and SKS fenders. She would be a great commuter/winter bike as well as a full touring bike (of course). She currently has Shimano dual pedals (clipless on one side), I could replace those with a spare set of SunRingle ZuZu BMX pedals if desired.

Just seeing if anyone might be interested, I can post more information and better pictures and will think about what I might want for her if I do decide to sell.

Oh no! I hope you can find a way to keep her.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Someone suggested in a PM that I check with my homeowners insurance... I don't have that, but I DO have renters insurance. I am going to ask them about this, you never know what they might say!

If I DO need to sell her then I would prefer to sell her to a TE member and keep her "in the family" if possible

I've been eying a Surly for some time, but it seems she's a tad too small for me, I ride a 51cm roadie and 5'5"-ish... My hybrid Fx is a 15".

She probably would be too small for you - I have long legs, but I need a short reach & a quite upright riding position due to not being able to tolerate weigt on my hands. If we just went by my inseam I would take a 51 cm roadie, but of course that isn't the only thing that matters.

I've been a lurker for quite a while. I enjoying the forum! I've been looking for a bike (LHT-like) to ride the dirt roads of VT. A LBS has said the LHT would be perfect. I am interested in your bike also, but I think it might be to small for me too. I'm 5'4". Very sorry to hear that you might need to sell her.
