here is a picture of the brand new ahnu windsor trail shoes I won in a random drawing at +3. com. Aren't they spiffy? I think I need to start running on the outside for real instead of just treadmill or elliptical.
Not a bad reward for hitting 26 out of 28 days worth of workouts in February. On track for another drawing at the end of this month as well, but probably will not be nearly so lucky. What is it they say about "Lightning seldom strikes twice in the same place."

Yay! Good for you. Free is always good. I can't do any impactive sports unforturnately *sigh* thus no running for me. But go tear it up, gf. Outside is good if you like running for that. There is nothing wrong with the treadmill if you like it. Mix it up and do what makes you happy. Congrats on the shoes!
