Good job Veronica!! Do you do pull ups with your palms facing towards you or away from you? I hate doing them with my palms facing away!
Life goes by pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, and do whatever you want all the time, you could miss it.

Doing a pull-up is next on my strength training goal. I've been doing the monkey bars regularly when I take the kids to the playground. I can't do a pull up, but I jump up and hold my chin above the bar for as long as I can. I do one then take a short play-break and then try another. I'm hoping to be able to do a full-fledged pull up by next summer.
