So it's the sunday before super bowl and we'd had some pretty cold stretches. I decided I'm gonna ride my rollers since i'm too wimpy to ride outside. Since it had been so long i made the mistake of wearing my road shoes. anyway, the bike slid off the rollers, i couldnt unclip, i landed on my hand on the tile floor in the kitchen. Broke my thumb, had surgery to put in two pins, I'm out for 8 weeks. Off work, off my bike, bored, frustrated, can't DO anything.
Whattaya suggest?

Stationary trainer, hands free, just to keep the legs rolling over? Or time to work on core/flexibility? A physio would have some ideas on ways around it.
