    Relief in sight?

I don't know whether it is the new PT exercises, Knotted's advice to do the back extensions every 2 hours - or a combination of both - but I am feeling much better! I am keeping up with everything, and to be fair I did see some relief already last week.

Crossing my fingers that this trend continues!

I am not saying that everything is gone, but haven't had any actual hip PAIN since Thursday, no numbness in my hips/legs since PT visit Friday. All that is left are some twinges on the inside of my thighs/top of my legs when seated - and that is quite minor. I will take it Now just to continue the back-extensions every 2 hours and all of the other exercises that both PT and trainer have given me - this is where my stubbornness comes in.

The beautiful custom Gunnar will be my reward
