I don't know whether it is the new PT exercises, Knotted's advice to do the back extensions every 2 hours - or a combination of both - but I am feeling much better! I am keeping up with everything, and to be fair I did see some relief already last week.
Crossing my fingers that this trend continues!

Now just to continue the back-extensions every 2 hours and all of the other exercises that both PT and trainer have given me - this is where my stubbornness comes in.
