    Wide footed women

I am on the endless search for wide shoes. Just bought a pair of Lake CX170 in wide (ee) from Sierra trading post, $96. I have only been able to get out in them once, but so far they seem great.

Just a little message for those who might be looking....

    Another wide footed woman here..

Two days ago I ordered the Northwave Devine sbs, supposedly a good shoe with a roomy toe box. My toes are excited at the prospect of that hope they work out. If not, I'll look at the Lake's.

When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought that it sounds like a country song.

Being a wide-footed woman myself, I do appreciate the information.

I have a wide toe box- the Northwave road shoes work for me. They stretch to perfection after a few rides.

+1 Wide Footed Woman Checking in.

    LOL.

I HATE.. DESPISE.. DEPLORE clothing and shoe shopping for this exact reason. Most shirts with a ladies cut won't fit due to wide shoulders. I normally have to go up a size (or two) just to feel like I'm not gonna pop out of it like the Incredible Hulk.

When I go shopping I normally fall in love with a blouse, jacket, or pair of pants only to try it on and feel like I'm on a game show where I've picked the wrong door and I get the nag or billy goat as my prize.

I don't have wide feet but I, like you, Roadtrip, have wide shoulders, so I feel your pain! Clothes shopping is awful

Eternally grateful I'm a woman with wide feet. Two words: Men's shoes (when that works). My brothers don't have that option...

I recently bought a pair of amazingly high heels simply because in all my 50 years of life I had NEVER NOT ONCE stuck my feet into a pair of "regular" (almost reasonably priced) heely shoes and had them get to the toes without Width Issues.

... of course... I don't know how to walk in them, which was even more amusing for the siblings to see, since I got 'em visiting over T'giving holidays. Planning on practicing...
