Do as many push ups as you can in 30 seconds. You must go down to nearly the floor. I had a small cushy ball under my chest to help me gauge how far.
First set: 20 push ups.
Second set: 17 push ups
Third set: 20 push ups.
It was easy to push out the first 10 - 12 super fast. But then it starts to hurt...
I'd like to be able to do 30.
