I got my Velo Bella jersey today (Thank you TE for such excellent service), it is absolutely georgous

We have nothing like it here, everything is black, blue, red and the occasional yellow.

I can see my cycle attire wardrobe growing very quickly... ah yes, and that's another thing. I made a UK order on the same day - that hasn't arrived yet

I didn't realise they could deliver to UK - I really love some of the gear on there and agree with you that UK choice and service could get a lot better! Hope you don't mind me asking but do you just pay with a card and it automatically gets converted to $ - and did it cost a lot for shipping?

Yes, I paid with my credit card, and that will be coverted to GBP on my statement. Shipping was $35 which equates to about £19 (go here to convert USD to GBP. I placed the order on 19th Sept and it arrived today, 22 Sept.

However, be aware, you can be liable for quite hefty import tax, which can be almost as much as your order in severe cases. As with most things UK, it's not so straight forward that you can find a chart that will give you some idea of what import tax you might pay.

All that said, I had been looking at the Velo Bella stuff for soooo long. It is beautifully made, and best of all, I won't see one on every corner

Go on, you know you want to... and think of all that petrol money you save by cycling
