They're all fine bikes, so it really comes down to what you want/need. What Terry bike are you considering and what is the frame material? How confident are you that the geometry will work for you? What about handling? How do you want the bike to ride?
Last I checked, Serotta was at the high end even for custom. There are a lot of good builders out there. If I were to go that route, I'd cast a larger net than just Luna or Serotta (although to be honest, Luna would make my own short list).
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
