    TE-DC Fall Multisport Day

    Here's a proposal:

Mountain biking at beginner-friendly Cedarville State Park (easier than Rosaryville)

    Kayaking/canoeing at Jug Bay

    Picnic lunch

    Possible dates:

    Saturday, September 18
    Sunday, September 19
    Saturday, October 2
    Sunday, October 3

If you need a kayak or canoe, one can be provided.

    Anybody up for this?
2007 Rivendell Glorius/Trico gel with cutout (not made any more apparently)
    2005 Specialized Sequoia Comp/Specialized Dolce
2006 Kona Cinder Cone/another Trico gel
    1986? Bridgestone mixte/Brooks B72
    1991 Bridgestone 300 Xtracycle/Terry Gelissimo

I've got a wedding for the Sept dates - I know October's pretty booked, but I can't remember right now which particular weekends. I'll have a bike & kayak at the Wild Goose chase on the 16th - which seems like it's going to end up a bit of a TE get together.

Jug Bay's on the Patuxent, south of the route 4 (Pennsylvannia ave) bridge. It's a beautiful area. You (Zen) should join for the paddle at least.

Sept. 18th is good for me, the Oct. dates are good, too. I have a Century ride on Sept. 19th. I'd like to do the multi-sport day.

My computer tells me that site has a poor reputation and that I should not go there.

    Jug Bay

Don't go to Saki's - if you do, your reputation might be sullied.

    Smart ask.
I did google Jug Bay but it took me to a porn site.

That's way too far for me. I'll wait for the GC
