    New Ride

Ok, it's been almost 3 years since the accident. I love riding again. On Tuesday, I was told that I have two carotid aneurysms and need surgery Wednesday next week and again in a few more weeks for the second aneurysm.

After a bit of freaking out, I spent a butload of money and ordered my Lightning r-84. I am allowed to ride it on the 26th. Fingers crossed that all goes well. Accepting any butterflies, wishes, prayers, and just moments of sanity.

My family and friends will be here, but inside I am in a bit of a freaking out stage. Outside, "It's all good" is what everyone sees. I'll let you know how it all goes. In the mean time, my current Rans Rocket bike is getting lots of exercise. Thank you all for letting me just be me and for all the support you give.

    Don't freak out.
It's gonna be fine, just picture yourself riding that beautiful bike and that will be the new reality before you know it.

I hope the surgery goes well, and you recover quickly.

That bike is going to be FUN! Enjoy!

I look forward to hearing some ride reports when you get out on your new baby.
