I have a friend going to graduate school in Iowa. His lab always does one leg of RAGBRAI. The friend hasn't been on a bike since he was 12. He posted this on my Facebook wall today:

He sent me a Facebook message yesterday asking for tips and what he needed to bring. I'm flattered that he asked me and not my boyfriend. I won't tell the boyfriend. His precious ego would be damaged.
