    ***Graphic*** Female question!!!!

Ok, so you've all been warned from the title!
Im having issues with irritation from the tampon string. Ive tried putting chamois cremes on it to no avail. Any of you ladies have a way to make it more comfortable? Im not going to not ride for 3-7days a month!
    Thanks

    Tuck it up inside.

    Or use a Diva Cup.

Tuck the string inside whenever you are going to do some exercise stuff. Works like a charm.

(This is not really my idea of 'extreme graphic'.) lol!

Ditto The diva cup doesn't work for me (it leaks, no matter what).. but these do. I usually one one per cycle, washing it like I would the Diva then tossing it.

Instead was actually developed by a triathlete

Thanks, ladies. I'll give those a shot. I have tucked, but the little bugger works its way down on long rides.
