Question for you graphic designer folks

Have any of you ever designed things for people at www.crowdspring.com ? I stumbled on this site last year, too late for my efforts to work on custom designed running jersey to compliment my family/friend's team cycling jersey. And right away, I saw this one http://www.crowdspring.com/project/1...rsey-logo-vin/ and thought - hmmmm, maybe this is the way to go. Wish I had found this site back in 2007 when we designed our cycling jerseys, and maybe I'll keep it in mind for a long-sleeve custom cycling jersey in another year or two.

I'm quite fascinated by this, and think it is a really neat idea. From all the different projects posted, it seems to be a booming business. I was curious if anyone ever submitted a design and curious if it was worth the time.

I did end up posting a project for the tech jersey this year, so if any of you wanted to submit a design, I'd love to see what you think. There have been such wonderful designs in the team estrogen's cycling jersey contest. I'm so jealous of all the talent. I have zero artistic talent. Though the words on the back of our cycling jerseys was my idea, which was impressive for me to think to use that. The creative gene missed me in my family.

Also would be neat to see what others like, if and when I get some submissions. There is a way to vote that you like a submission when they are posted. So all, feel free to put in your thoughts. I'm planning to surprise my family/team with this jersey, so I'm avoiding asking them any thoughts.

It's just interesting to see what people do design for a particular client request!

In our area, there is a strong artsy bike culture that it wouldn't be hard to get a local graphics designer/recent graduate capable of a good bike design (includes access to recent graduates from top-rated art local college).

But such a site is useful for other folks who don't know anyone locally comfortable enough to do good bike oriented designs.
