My first build.

Have almost finished my first build.


Bob Jackson Audax Club frame, Shimano Tiagra group, Deda bars, stem and seatpost, Rigida Chrina rims laced onto Tiagra hubs. San Marco Ischia Glamour saddle, Vittoria Rubino tyres.

I'm not keen on the colour of the bar tape now that I've fitted it so that will be changed right away and the bike will have SKS silver mudguards fitted. (Good old English weather ).

First impressions are very good, bike is tight, together and lively but comfortable at the same time.

Beautiful bike and, I love the light blue bar tape. I have a thing for baby blue though.

Beautiful - I like the baby blue bar tape as well, but maybe you could try a metallic/shiny blue bar tape or a silver/grey.

I've actually gone for a silver colour , will post pics when I've swapped it over.

Another pic now I have the 'guards and bag fitted and have changed the bar tape to a more practical colour. Decided to go for dark blue in the end.
