Wanted XS roadbike for a beginner cyclist 5'1 inch tall women

I am looking for a XS frame road bike, for a beginner who is on a budget. I am in FL so if it's local that would be great!

What is her/your budget? What are you looking for as far as component level?

I have an 08 Giant OCR3w (in XS) that's not really on the market, but which I'm not riding and may be willing to part with.

I think I've only changed the tires from stock (and replaced the brake pads). Everything is in good condition, but it could use a good tune-up (just basic adjust derailleurs, cable tension, etc) and it has some cosmetic scratches (from racks and locks). I've laid it down once, with the only damage being a small nick in the front rim that doesn't cause any issues.

It's in CO, so I think shipping it would be about $60 or so.

I am looking to stay around $350 mark, give or take a bit if it's a real bargain.
