After 2 days of lovely home,, decadent dinners, each day we have gone cycling. Nothing overly arduous. Rule of thumb at least include one hill or 2.
So today it was 23 kms. and yesterday it was 32 kms. (erroneously reported at 28 kms. first time). And during each ride, stopped for coffee and sweet thing. Seems like alot of other people had same idea.
Yes, sure after having a chocolate-coffee cream Noel log and stollen at home. Maybe will eat the gift chocolates slowly for next 3 wks.
