    Blood Flow

This is an embarrassing question for me. I don't think it's my sit bone, but I could be wrong. When I go for rides over 20 miles I start to feel really uncomfortable in my groin area. I feel as if I'm not getting enough blood flow there. I try moving around on the seat, sitting further back and lifting off the seat. I'm doing my first TT next weekend and it will be 24 miles. Can any of you more experienced gals out there tell me what may alleviate this?

there is no such thing as an embarrassing question here hun....if you can't ask here where Can you ask!!

As for your issues - try typing "numbness" in the search box. There are quite a few threads dealing with your question.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
