Unhappy "Helpful neighbor" messed up bike

My next door neighbor stripped the threads on my right crank arm while trying to switch out my pedals for me (that's what I get for asking my neighbor instead of my LBS). Now I have to have both arms replaced and it's costing $60...aaaarrrgh. The worst part, though, is that it's been raining most of the week and now that it's gorgeous out...my bike is in the shop for the next three days!!!! Okay, done venting.

Oh man, that is frusterating! I'm sorry. But I know you will be happy once she comes home from the "hospital" ----- besides venting is helpful

That sucks. You might want to learn to swap your pedals yourself though. It's seriously not all that hard.
