I finally ordered a Jett direct from Specialized since I could never find one in stock in 155 mm. Tried it out on tonight's club ride - I'm going to have to tweak the tilt a little bit, but I'm happy.![]()
The ironic thing was, the Jett was the saddle I wanted 6,000 miles ago, but couldn't find one in stock. My LBS had a 155 Lithia though, so I went ahead and got that, as it's a similar saddle to the Jett and I wasn't really sure what was going to work for me. Once it was on there, it felt okay, definitely way better than the Terry Liberator I had before, and I didn't want to replace it until it was good and worn out (which honestly, there's probably still some life in it, but it's getting there, and it was time).
Turns out I was right the first time. Which is another way of saying that the great advice I got on TE about choosing shape and width and cut-out was spot-on. I wish I'd had a Jett all along.
