they have recently been added to the Giant family of dealers. I believe they are a podium dealer for Giant, so a bit up the food chain.
They are NOT the same company as bikesdirect.com. Maybe at one point they were, but my Giant rep told me about them.
I hear Randy is a nice guy, but I have never met him. BTW- my Giant rep is a woman, so I give a few extra points to her opinions.
