    Hi All

    Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Just signed up on this site today. I love reading all of your posts. It has been very informative and fun to read. I have been cycling for a while, however had to take about 5 years off due to back problems and just recently have been able to ride again. Woo Hoo. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. I sure am

    Hello! Thought I'd say hi back. I'm relatively new to this site too, and spend more time reading than posting. Also, you're lucky it's summer up there - down here in NZ we're just getting into winter and it's very very cold!

    Hi to both of you! welcome! This is a great site with lots of good info and a fun group of women...

    solo- good to hear your back has healed up adn your back on the bike... back injuries are the worst!

    psych... winter? ugh! here in San Diego it's about 85 today and gorgemous! come on over... the water is warm!

    welcome to the board solo! I'm reading these backwards so if you haven't had a chance to check out the "getting to know you thread" under open - give yourself a few minutes to get to know us, laugh with us, cry with us, and if so inclined tell us something about you!!
