    Shameless Self-promotion

I figured the "off-topic" topic would be a good place for this.

All of us have those occasional strokes of genius or big personal achievements that we want to shout from the highest mountain... and some of them aren't even cycling related

    Welcome to the mountain

    Share, please!

I just completed a book of photography & digital paintings AND set-up an online gallery where prints of my work can be acquired. I'm very proud and excited to share it with all y'all.

To preview the book, go to: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/606292

To check out the gallery, go to: http://www.printroom.com/pro/gratcliff

Feel free to pass the links along to friends.

So... what have you got to tell us about?
    no regrets!

Spazzdog, I took a look inside the book. Those are really wonderful. I may well buy that book. Those are the kinds of photos that inspire art quilts and collages and weavings and all kinds of cool stuff.
"My predominant feeling is one of gratitude. I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure." Love the cover, spazzdog for your book! Best of luck.

As for self-promotion, don't feel like posting my resume here. There are times I look back at life so far...and feel vaguely like a dilettente.

You can check out my daily contribution to the SciFi Channel's blog: www.dvice.com Every once in a while, one of us (there are 6 folks who write daily for it) gets to write about bike stuff. Almost wrote about a bike MP3 speaker thingy today, but there was breaking news about Hulu/ABC that took priority.
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

Nothing to brag about at the moment. Perhaps in the spring, when I find out if these grant applications I've been writing are accepted.
