That movie didn't seem nearly that cheesy the first time I watched it, but I was probably 10 and it was the 80's.

It's the 80's so naturally the movie was called, Rad. I don't know how I grew up then and never saw it. They're supposedly bringing it out on DVD which would rock for the film festival at the bike co-op.
