Yeah, if you can't plug in to electricity, this won't help. An electric tea kettle for heating up your water. I have never tried plugging it into the power converter I keep in my car for my laptop, but I'm not sure it would work. I know it won't run a shop vac from the car battery!
But a one burner camp stove would do it. And canned fruit. Can you take dried fruit into SA?

You can also do jumping jacks to get the old heart rate up, but the jump rope is a good idea, too. And a walk about!
