I just have to vent my worries/frustrations...
Problem no. 1: I completely did something to my right foot in my run today and now it hurts so badly that I can't walk on it. (pain is on the outside/underside of the right foot, about in the middle length-wise). I'm now icing it and took some meds so hopefully that will help... but if it's a stress fracture or something, Ill be totally devastated!
I had such a great long run this past weekend, 12 miles and I negative split my last three miles.
Problem no. 2: I totally fell off the healthy eating wagon for the past week. Now Im in a panic because Ive gained a couple pounds AND Ill most likely not be running for a bit until my foot feels better.
Help me from going off the deep end, and reaching for the slow churn ice cream... !!!

If you really feel like you must move, how about trying some non-impact stuff like swimming.
