    Question thanks for the welcome/clips and jerseys

    Hi Ladies.
    I'm thrilled to have found this site. Thanks for your responses to my first inquiry. You "guys" are a kick! Okay. Is there a great website to buy some great jerseys - love the color and theme and fun...
    And about those clips. If I get the Specialized Sequoia Elite, it comes with Shimano 505R, SPD (?) clips... I have no idea what that means...
    Also, looking at some of the posted pictures, I love the idea of women's racing... didn't think I'd get into that... will I be competitive on the above bike if racing draws me in? Think I'll mostly do long rides, maybe some overnight - perhaps the "STP" (Seattle to Portland) this summer...

    Another plug... I have bought jersey's from this site... the discounted ones... and the were the right price... and mailed very quickly! I didn't even pay for more than ground shipping.

    And I made 1 return... and the refund was quick and easy!

    I ride with Shimano SPD clips and love them. I have double-sided clips on 2 of my bikes and the Shimano SPD clip/platform combo on my MTB. If I get the vintage Trek, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna put the Shimano SPDs on that one too.
    I'm not sure what the 505R is and tried to find it on their website but I'm guessing it's probably just the clip designation ie: mine are PDM324.
    Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
