Angry Well it was one of those days

I got up early and loaded my stuff for a ride this morning. It was cool, clear and sunny. Then it all started. My riding partner's rear tire wouldn't hold air. Worked like the devil to get the tire off and could barely remove it until I warmed it up with a blow dryer. I pulled the tire off and the tube was kaput so I put a new one on. Worked to put the tire back on and the tube was bad. Worked again to remove the tire. Noticed brand new tire had hairline crack and a thread showing. Pitched the tire and grabbed a set of my back-up tires. Changed both tires and one tube. 2 hours later we finally were able to start the ride. By that time my breakfast wore off and had to eat something at the diner so we got started even later. Finally started the ride and the weather was perfect, all was well. Finally finished the ride and ate a good lunch--late.

Solar flares. That's what caused all this.

Dang! That sounds like a rotten start, but a great finish!

When in doubt, blame it on the sun... or the dog
